DEPOSITS:
All teams must submit a $200.00 (refundable)
deposit to reserve a place in the tournament.
The balance of the team fee must be submitted by June 20, 2008.
The MSL also accepts VISA and MASTERCARD for your
convenience. If
you are not using a credit card, all fees must be paid by cash, money order,
or cashier check.
