All
Star Game managerial selections are based on standings as of the
end of play on July 8th. Managers of the teams with the
best winning percentage in the Central, American and National League’s
North and South Division will be the managers of the respective
All-Star Teams.

Player
Selection Information
Every
team sends two representatives to the All-Star Game as determined
by whatever method each team chooses.
National, American League, and Central
In addition to a team’s two representatives, the All-Star
managers selects three pitchers and two catchers. No team may have more than four players
total on the All-Star team unless approved by the League
President. The All-Star roster may not exceed 21 players
unless approved by the League President.

4th – 2 players
5th – 2 players
6th – 2 players
7th – 2 players
8th – 2 players
Coaches
Managers
will pick their own coaches, but must be managers of other teams
in their division. The All-Star team managers and coaches may not
play in the All-Star Game.
Player
Submission Deadline
Teams
must submit their All-Star representatives to the League
Office no
later than noon Wednesday, July 25, 2007. If this deadline is not
met, the All-Star manager may add additional players from any team
in his Division to complete the All-Star roster.
Equipment
All-Star
managers are responsible for bringing equipment they need for the
game, helmets, catcher’s gear etc. All-Star participants are
strongly encouraged to bring any personal equipment, or equipment
such as helmets and catcher’s gear from their respective teams.
Special
All Star Rules

All
position players sent as representatives must play either 5 or 4
innings. Players
not playing in the first five innings must play the last four
innings.

Pinch
runners can be used anytime, but not the same player each
time. Pinch runner cannot be already in the lineup.

The
winner has home field advantage during the Play-off
Championship Round.

The
National League is metal bat!

Pitchers
do not hit.
